Legal services are provided on the basis of negotiated price, which is defined according to the official law fee rate. In our practice, the most frequent method of payment is the hourly fee. However, it does not discharge the other types of fees, which are flat price, non-contractual fee, or fee according to the value of the affair. Hourly rate depends on the agreement and the specific affair. The most frequent level of fee is set at 3000 CZK per hour.
Clients receive information about the amount of the fee based on the progress of delivered services, status, and development of the specific matter.
When representation is accepted, the contract about providing legal services is closed, which includes also the kind and the amount of fee. At the same time, advance payment can be requested.
Negotiated price does not include VAT, spent cash expenses, or eventually loss of time.
